Terms and Conditions

All Bali Hai Resort and Spa gift vouchers are subject to certain terms and conditions.

1.  Gift Vouchers are to be treated like cash and if they are defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen they will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
2. Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
3. Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
4. All accommodation and other services by Bali Hai Resort and Spa are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.
5. All Gift Vouchers are issued in Australian dollars (AUD).

Terms and conditions of the voucher are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
