Reservations
Contact us by phone or email to make a reservation. Our office hours are from 7:00am to 6:00pm daily, during Public Holiday opening hours may vary.
A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to confirm your reservation with payment by direct deposit or credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD ONLY), with the balance owing payable upon arrival.

Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.
All amendments or cancellations for any reservation must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations made verbally over the phone will not be accepted.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, changes of mind, cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival, or early departures.
Please note that non-refundable bookings are strictly non-refundable. Guests who have booked through a travel agent or third-party platform must contact their booking agent directly for any amendments or cancellations.
This policy applies to all bookings, including those with daily servicing and those without housekeeping.

Guests departing are welcome to store their luggage at Reception and continue to enjoy the resort facilities until their departure later that day.
Any request for late departure is subject to availability and may incur a surcharge of 50% of one night’s accommodation, or a full one-night charge, depending on availability.
